Introduction and Scope of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute a valid and binding agreement between the klwinmy platform ("Platform", "us", "company") and you as a registered user ("Player", "you"). By registering, accessing or using any part of the klwinmy platform, you hereby accept and agree to be bound by all provisions contained in this document.

This document should be read together with the klwinmy Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which together form one comprehensive agreement. In the event of any conflict between translated versions of this document, the Malay language version shall take precedence.

User Eligibility

To register and use the klwinmy platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the period your account is in use:

• Not be prohibited by the laws or regulations of your country or territory of residence from using online gambling services.

Registration and Account

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account only. Owning more than one account, whether directly or through another individual, is prohibited and may result in all related accounts being permanently closed.

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• Notify the support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Deposits and Withdrawals

The klwinmy platform supports a range of secure payment methods suited to the needs of Malaysian players. The minimum deposit per transaction is RM30, while the minimum withdrawal is RM50 per request.

Supported payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies namely USDT, BTC and ETH. The standard withdrawal processing time is between 15 minutes and 2 hours after the request is approved.

Bonuses and Promotions

klwinmy offers various bonus and promotion programmes for new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal from bonus funds is permitted.

The klwinmy welcome bonus gives you an additional 150% on your first deposit up to a maximum of RM888. The wagering requirement is set at 15 times the bonus amount received. For example, if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM150 — bringing your balance to RM250 — and you need to reach a total wager of RM2,250 (RM150 × 15) before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. For a deposit of RM1,200, the maximum bonus of RM888 will be credited — bringing your balance to RM2,088 — with a wagering requirement of RM13,320 (RM888 × 15).

The klwinmy VIP programme has five (5) tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback offered ranges from 0.2% for the Bronze tier to 0.8% for the Diamond tier. Progression through VIP tiers depends on the player's level of activity and engagement on the platform.

Prohibited Conduct

Players are strictly prohibited from doing any of the following while using the klwinmy platform. Violating any of these prohibitions may result in immediate action without prior notice:

• Registering or managing more than one account at the same time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other methods to access or play on the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit system bugs.
• Depositing funds from unlawful sources or engaging in any money laundering activity.
• Abusing bonus terms through hedging bets or strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements.
• Committing any form of fraud, including providing false identity information.

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

The klwinmy platform is provided "as is" without any implied or express warranties. klwinmy does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, be free from technical errors, or that any defects will be corrected within a specific timeframe.

To the extent permitted by law, klwinmy, its directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses resulting from gambling activity.

• klwinmy is not responsible for service interruptions caused by third parties such as internet service providers or payment service providers.
• Game outcomes generated by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) are final and cannot be disputed on grounds of luck.

Account Suspension and Closure

Players may close their account at any time by contacting the klwinmy support team via live chat or email. Before closure, all applicable wagering requirements must first be completed, and any valid account balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.

klwinmy reserves the right to suspend or close any player's account at any time if there is reasonable cause, including breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspicious activity, or upon request from a competent authority. Amendment of Terms
